In my professional career, I have used many remote support apps such as: PC Anywhere, SMS, and Remote Desktop, WebEx, Active Directory, GoToMyPC, DameWare, VNC, Citrix (XenApp), VMWare. I have experience imaging and supporting all Windows PC/laptop platforms up through Windows 7 and some Mac experience. I have worked with several types of issue tracking software including some common ones like Vantive and Remedy. I am a certified MCP (Win2k), I've been building/imaging PCs for ~13 years, I am savvy with troubleshooting and resolving virus issues both professionally and personally (for friends/family). Have worked in an admin/support role with MS SQL Server 2000, Windows Servers (NT/2k), Stellent servers (Windows-based), Juniper Networks Neoteris appliances (for remote access/VPN/application security). Most of my previous positions included administrative roles involving AD (Active Directory), MMC (MS Management Console), MS Exchange, and Citrix, along with many home-grown apps. For fun over the years, I have done some beta testing with World of Warcraft, City of Heroes, and Facebook phone apps.
